DTC 200 Club Passenger Info |

Because Mr. Halle values the hard work and dedication it takes to achieve the 200
Club goal, he generously offers his company airplane for a day to all who have
reached the goal. Everyone is allowed to bring their spouse or guest on this
special trip.
Each trip will depart from near your home town to a destination of your choosing
which can be reached in one-hour's flying time (approximately 400 miles).
Usually, a list of available destinations will be provided by your regional
office. Directions to the departure FBO (Fixed Base Operation, or departure
terminal) will also be provided by your region, along with appropriate phone
numbers.
The flights will be planned to depart at 9:00 am unless
otherwise noted, and return home by 5:00. All passengers should plan to arrive at
least 30 minutes prior to departure in the morning. Promptness is very important
as a courtesy to your fellow passengers. Delays, for any reason, must be communicated
to the region or the flight crew immediately!
The flight crew will arrange transportation for you at your destination. They will
also provide you with enough funds so that everyone may enjoy a nice meal at a
local restaurant.
The dress code is casual, but not too casual. Cut-offs and tank tops are not
considered appropriate. Jeans and sport shirts are fine. Also, remember that
while you are traveling, you represent Discount Tire/America's Tire, and
you should conduct yourselves accordingly. Have fun, but please be safe and
responsible!
